Exclusivly for lifetime runners readers, here they are, the true heroes !
These where the real men (together with myself) doing the Chuck-tribute-run around lake Edsviken this evening.
The conditions where perfectly terrible, a real hardcore run, +4C and rain..... no problems for these boys..
Just look at them, so fresh after the LR that they forgott to take their running outfit off before the shower.
In the left corner : El Maco the phantom from Kalmar
In the right corner : Mr three nineteen fiftyseven alias " Mr Yesterday"

Edsviken roundtrip LR 23km HR-avg = 133

This picture can be valuable after 2010, look at the 2 real heroes that will make the difference.
SvaraRaderaAfter analyzing my HR and compared to you mr.fitness, i realized that really paid hard the last 5 km:s, no doubt, and my max HR got over 80% after 18km and stayed. Exactly what i felt as well, between 18 and 23 it was not a walk in the park for me, but i am satisfied that managed to go all the way, thats a menthal booster.
"Its not about the camera, it is the subject that matters, the picture above is pure artwork!

It was a great run yesterday. I was very tired at the end but still a very nice run. Great to do the tribute to Chuck as well. This was the classical orgiginal Chuck route!
SvaraRaderaNov 24 we will go for the next long run. This time Marcuzo has just said that it will be a "secret long run". Hmmm...how far is that? To where?
Marcus
Time to analyze my run guys!

Please confim my HR! Good or bad=?
I would say pretty good, but we all absolutely need a 30k anyday. You could have done 30k yesterday without big problems....
SvaraRaderaWell el Maco i am no expert in the HR area but the conclusion is that your curve over the race is stable. A little bit higher % of max HR but much more stable compared to mine, which was really good up to 17 km and after that i reached a bad angel and should have reached acid level long before you. Conclusion for your HR is good, specially if you felt tired last km:s.
