When trying to understand El Macos great weekend
we must dig deep into the important details. He is now using all contacts and mentorship he can get.....

And here we find Anders Holmström, another deicated runner that joined El Maco on his 10km route today. First of all we need a "nickname" for you Anders. I'm sure we will find out a good one.....
Anders uses Garmin connect as well but I could not get a hit on him. I'll try again.

Please Anders, comment your goals for 2010. I know you are a deicated Lidingö-runner, but don't you feel that it's about time for the real Lidingöloppet now, the Ultra !!!
Come on, join El MAco and me, we will go real slow..........

    Anders is the real "hunk" of Lifetime Runners. The cool, oakley kind of guy. Just check that photo. It's 110% hot.

    We are all eager to hear Anders own comments now regarding goals 2010 and the planned distance for December 2009.

    Well, thanks Mr Legend for the welcoming!
    This seems to be an interesting blog to follow, especially since the fierce distance-fight started.
    I am in no way on your level of running at the moment. Just short runs for me since Lidingö.
    Plans for December: 2 runs/week, one short and a longer(10-15k)weekend run.
    Same goes for the rest of the winter.
    2010 runs: Lidingö, and maybe Sthlm ½ Marathon
    "The Ultra" is undoubtedly a tough race, and I will hopefully do it, but not 2010.

    Yes I will let you know if I come across some scoopish subjects.
    EL MACO, u are right! I should post some of the activities I store on the 305. First I just have to delete some of the >25km LR:s from this week. Wouldn´t be very nice of me to just throw them in your face on GC and snatch the week 49"King of the week"-title in front of your nose.
