Thursday evening hilly "homerun" in rain with my new "trendy" Craft reflex west !
(I am sure El Maco & Mr 3.19 will buy one next week.....)
This i s a track with lots of up and downhills but don't you bother about
comparing "elevation"-data with for example yesterday. Elevation data (both gain & min/max metre values) is pure "crap", not trustable at all !!! Yesterday,s ER in Kista says elevation max = 90m and elevation min = -4m (94meters). Kista sience tower (ex antennas) as a comparance is 117meters high... Don't you realize, the data is a completely joke.... Actually this is an important input to our hysterical HR-focus. I think we should consider some naming-convention for the elevation. The only thing we easily agree on right now I believe is that Ursvik is a heavy one, but that is not enough.......
ER 10,0 km HR-avg 80% Tempo: 5,34

I totally agree. I made a run last Saturday. The run was quite hilly but not as hilly as the long run we did last week that was 13km longer.
SvaraRaderaI think that the best way to see the elevation profile nowadays when the great MB gravity is not in use anymore is to actually check the heart rate curve. If that is "hilly" then you can bet that the elevation profile was tough. Do you agree?
Agree, thanks ! I think your last weekend runs where quite OK. A "pure" HR-comparance must be done "on the same track" .....
