This week has been terrible, but anyway I do deliver (as always) !
Todays run : MR 10km, HR-avg 81%, Tempo = 5,31.
I am afraid my bronchits problems is not over yet, I have to be careful.
Mr Yseterday is just a memory (El Maco is right...)
To much christmas partys is not good for the training.
Another good point from El Maco is that the HR (at least for me) tends to increase when
the temperature is very low (easy to understand, it takes a lot more power to keep the body-warm and provide the mucsles with oxygene).
I will go north for couple of days now, but hope that I still can do some easy runs
and perhaps some skiing as well.....
