A new record is set. Christmas run. Today Mr Mizuno and I did a 11k run. Very very slow and easy. Pace was a little bit slower than 6:00 min/km. Too much snow on the pavements that made it more difficult to run.
Great to see that Mr Legend is back in the running tracks as well!
In total I have done 190.14 km in December. Will be a record for me December wise of course. How far? Don't know. It all depends on the RPP run on Monday.
