Well, back again from Mora. I should have done at least one run up there but temperature was too low (-22C) in combination with my bad shape right now. But it was a perfect source of inspiration, perhaps I will go for an private-ultra around lake Siljan next summer ( appr. 125km El Maco has told me, Ida has done it on the bike if I remember it right.. )

Yesterday El Maco gave me the best christmas present ever, I will have my old legendary keps back if I can go sub 3.19.57 in Stockholm 2010. Peace of cake..... but I still wonder, why just 3.19.57 ?

Still problems with my bronckits but I am slowly getting stronger now I believe.
