Anyway my ramping up feels perfect for 2010, my shape wasnt better back in december 2001, i can feel big fat results sweeping in over me 2010, i think i have to go for PERS (sub 3.20)......

feels good and ask for more now, says to me "plz mr.3.19.57, plz, no recovery today, just a 12 km ER, plz......
It really sucks that it's not possible to view your training in GarminConnect anymore. It's like I am totally blind. But I understand that you will go for 12km today. We all wonder what Kent will do today. What do you think Mr 3:19:57? Will he go for 15km today? Wouldn't that be too far for him since he normally says that he should never do longish runs during the same week. Will be very interesting to see what he is doing today!
