Summarized my week was a lost week, christmas partys and to much work ended up in to only one proper run. It was terrible conditions today, heavy snowfall and a lot of snow on the ground. I planned for a 20 km run but after 10 km i turned back home, not so tired but it was so slippy out there and i compensated for that all the time which ended up in some pain in my groins.

I know what to come it is just a question of time now, El maco will write the weekly report, it will be something like: -el maco 289 km, Mr.legend 268 km, Mr.3.19.57 11 km, and the boys will ofcourse count me out as usual.
So, in order to preced mr.El Macos declaration of my dissapearence from lifetime runners and earth, i would like to address the below statement to you boys:
