A great run today. The weather was almost perfect. 2 degrees and no rain. It could have rained a lot but we didn't get one drop of rain.
We took two stops, one at OKQ8 after 12km (just a short stop, I bought a sandwich and a pucko). After that we headed south, then east again to Tranebergsbron, ended up at Solna c where we stopped at Max and Statoil. I had cold smoothies (why cold???) and Mr Legend and Mr 3:19:57 took a warm chocolate.
After the stop at Solna after 25km we all were a little bit tired. The pace in general was about 6:05 min/km. I see that GarminConnect says 6:26 pace. Earlier, in Motionbased days you saw both total pace averade and running pace average. Seems to be that you can only see total pace average in GarminConnect.
Here is todays run in GC. For a very strange reason I got the total distance of 34.10km while the other F305 guys had 33.50km. Why is that? Who is right and who is wrong? I have to check if something looks strange in my GC run below.
Rev B. I now checked the run. Check the link below and go to the map at Solna C. My F310 totally flipped out when I entered Max, bought some Smoothie, went out, crossed the street (didn't stop to get the satellites correct), went to Statoil, entered, didn't wait for the GPS connection. Lessons Learned: Always stop to get the connection again otherwise it will be totally f---ed up. So this run was not 34.10km but 33.50km.
All in all a fantastic confidence booster. To do 34km in mid December is almost too good to be true! For the Lifetime Runner readers I can promise some nice juicy pictures tomorrow that willbe published by Mr Legend.

Great run! Your dedication to go 34 KM on a random winter day at a reasonable pace is very impressive! - Chuck
SvaraRaderaMy longest training run ever, i am proud!
SvaraRaderaRight now, in the middle of the night, 01:43, i have some isuues that makes me awake, very very painful legs, problems to walk, sit down, cant sleep, right now iam on my 3:rd meal (milk, bread, cheese doddles, candys etc.etc., everything easy to find in the kitchen).
It was really stupid by me to ramp up the speed the last km, for no reason, i think that only did the pain in my legs worse.
We passed 3.18.57 at a distance of 30,24 km.
2002 i should have had 1 minute to go to the finishing line in Sthlm Marathon. I realized today that i probably never ever will beat that pers.
3.19.57
Nice to hear Mr 3.19.57 in his fully mind afterwards. Me and El Maco did a similar jerk-out-rush when finnising a LR last spring !!!
SvaraRaderaThe only thing happening then is that the risk of getting injured increases 1000%. That's why me and El MAco was so cool, of course we could have followed you......
This SLR-invention seem to push you guys to big achivements! /Mizuno
