SECRET Long Run III, the Route of pure pain, another success story only for Lifetime Runers readers!!
First of all, i admit that i was a little bit unstructured and actually took off from the master plan. I became exited when Mr.Legend start speaking about "stora skuggan", my own home arena, so i extend the route a little bit so after that we have to take the closest way home to srvive out there. The weather was terrible bad, rain, snow, slippery and wet, only the weather itself gives us a route of pain. As usual a lot of speaking the first 15 km and after that less chatting. After Chucks stone (22 km) it was totally silence all the way back to Kista. My own feeling was that i was totally consumed after 22 km, i really put a lot of effort only to come back home. El Maco seems to be the one that was strongest today, Mr.legend said he was not in shape, still he is allways strong on long runs and obviously stronger than me last 5 km, impressive!
The most important thing still is that we actually run 27 km in terrible conditions 28 december 2009, it tells everything, 3 heroes was out there, that can only be summarized in one word: SUCCESS!

This was a very very tough run. I was totally exhausted after 22 km. Passing Chuck stone for the second time, knowing that it was 5km to go and the shoes and everything were totally soaked.
SvaraRaderaAnyway, when I came home at 8pm I actually felt quite good. Had no problems this morning with the legs. I guess I should take that as a good sign.

Should normally have said just another LR, but this time I did struggle a lot. I am in terribly bad shape after my bronchits-problems in early December..... I really enjoyable trip that not should have been a RPP if it wasen't for all the newly fallen snow......
