Ok, looking at El Macos estimate for tomorrows grand turisimo 33,5 km route, I guess there are at least some "nasty" surpises left to be discovered. Junior complains over the distance and El Maco over the pace. I just love it. I also know that the pressure is high to create something even better than the fantastic first 27,5km secret longrun some weeks ago. Don't forgett to carboload properly. Junior will bring salty pastilles for all of us.
