Today was a good day. First run with the fantastic 310XT. First impressions:
Heart Rate Strap
A fantastic piece of equipment. It's so thin that you don't notice that it's there. Just terrific.
Vibrator function
Perfect. This is the shit. On my old F305 the signal was out of function so I never knew when a km was done in order to check the lap time. Now with the 310XT the vibrator function comes into place. Just the perfect level of vibration. Not too much and not too little. Just enough to let you know that you have just finished 1 km and you can check the time.
The window
Somehow I think that the window of the watch is clearer, crispier in some sense. It has also some nice new features. Like a heart rate curve that you can have in your "second window". Shows your heart rate during the run like a graph, during the run. Great!

The way to transfer runs to GarminConnect is done wireless. I don't love it. Might just be that I am not used to it.

Nothing fancy. Just trying to get in shape for The Legends Secret Run on Thursday. He promised that the pace would be 6:00 so that was what I was aiming for in this run.
Todays run - The Legend
Nothing on GarminConnect so far. But specially for you Lifetime Runners I know that he did 10km during lunch time in Kista today.
So for this week we have run appr the same distance.

Nothing! He was funny yesterday. I sent him an email saying that I am not sure that I will run today. He sent a mail to myself and Mr Legend saying that we were whimps and that he is the true hero. He will run the lunch run today. At 09:00 he sends an email saying that he will not run today...
At the end Mr Legend and El Maco ran 10km today. Mr 3:19:57 didn't to shit...
