Very cold in Sweden right now. Today Kent and I took a lunch run. -8 degrees and sunny. No wind. Pretty perfect conditions actually. Kent and I ran together the first 4k. I didn't want to do 10km, only did 7.5 km.

He is leaving for a short vacation in Dalarna. He has said that he will probably go for a 10k run tomorrow.
