Toughest training session in my life.
Will write more later. The snow and wind was all over the place. This was tougher than almost everything I have done before.

Untouched snow. Untouched snow. Became thicker and thicker. 25 cm at some places.
Question of the day: Why on earth did I extend this Home Run? Should have been appr 21km. Why did I do 25?

I just got you on GC, my holy lord.... Must have been in stäket just around seaside level when you started to climb towards Kungsängen (from 140BPM up to 180BPM). A very hilly part of your homerun (tough even in good conditions). And look at your tempo 6,24 (the lowest I have ever seen, except from my own power-walks to the Adelsö pizzeria.....) I can just say very well done, you will get your payback in Skövde :-)
SvaraRaderaWell my 6 km after leaving you Mr.EL MACO, was very very hard, wind and snow in my face, parts of my face "domnade", more and more snow on the ground, when i catched the top of the "SAAB" hill i only focused on "closest way home". Anyway i am very satisified with this run and very tired.
SvaraRaderaWell done boys, the Skövde countdown says 45days left, this was exactly what you needed. Nothing can scare you anumore !
SvaraRaderaWow, it sounds tough. Great that you made it!
