Can you imaging what I dreamt of tonigh ?FUCKING SNOWSLUSH.........
Everything was well prepared, I should go out for a normal LR between Kista and Tappström (23,5km - easy flat route), and thought it should be a quite comfortable trip since I feel I am in pretty good shape.
But I was so fucking wrong...... it became a nightmare.
Those lousy superbad plouged pavements of Bromsten & Bromma nearly killed me. It was like stepping into the paradise entering over into Ekerö kommun, at least they know how to keep pavements and small streets from snow.........
I know that El Maco is right now planning for SLR 4 (secret long run). Please take in consideration that the snowslush volyme on the pavements and roads differs a lot from place to place ! Bromma and Bromsten is absolutely not a good choice right now.... Perhaps Järfälla, Sollentuna, Danderyd is better ! I believe Stockholm all over sucks..

Today I did a short 6km run. It was terrible! As you said. Snow all over the place. It felt like running 15km. Running 23.5 in thsese conditions has to be seen as very impressive!
