After my last run with El Maco i realized that my Nike long run shoes was broken, bought less than a year ago. I went to ths store and made a compliant today, without receipt. The fully agree and i was free to pick a new pair of shoes for the same monet that i bought the old ones. Due to the fact that there was no nike sizes fitting my feets, i decided to go for a different type of shoe, having in mind this hard winter and also how much water it will be when it will be warmer later on. Check the picture, my first pair of Gore-Tes running shoes ever, with "dubbdäck" under.
No more wet feets on our wonderful long runs! This is adidas so now Kent and i can start a club.
I will try these beutys today even though it is still cold today (-10C in Skälby).

SvaraRaderaI guess I am just too old fashioned. I just can't understand how it's possible to just "buy a new pair of shoes". For me it would never work. I can basically only have my Saucony Omni Moderate. You on the other hand seem to be able to wear whatever shoe available.
SvaraRaderaAnd regarding the run. Yes, you are going to run even if it's -11 C. What is the problem! Please Mr 3:19:57. You need every run you can get. Think about your fans out there. You have delivered your commitment so far. Please do it again this week!
