Statement for Mr.Yesterday-Goals for 2010


On request please find below Mr.3.19.57 Master Plan for 2010 (starts from 20100111).

Main Goals:

-Minimum 30 km running every week, will give at least 1560 km before end of year.

-Sthockholm Marathon SUB 3.50

-Lidingöloppet SUB 2.50


Races comitted:

-Stockholm Marathon

-Stockholm half Marathon

-Växjö Marathon

-Lidingöloppet


Races, optional:

-Vällingby Marathon


I believe these goals are realistic. Important to get the time to run at least one lunch-run every week. I will not be able to run during Miltons "footboll-trainings" anymore since i will be a trainer myself. Probably same with the "innebandy", i will possible be help-trainer in that team as well. The best (only) day for me in the weeks for long runs togheter with you boys will be wednesdays. So, if possible, plz, LR:s on wednesdays!

  1. Great to read man! I think that your biggest challenge will be to run 30km per week. That is every single week starting from next week. That is huge man!
