February 2010 over and out
Together with Tobias I ended up Febuary 2010 today ! I reached my goal... 226,4km in Feb 2010 comp. to 219,3km in Feb 2009....
No pain anywhere, my body seems to be back again and it's a lot easier now when the temp. is back on plus & the snow has disapeared from the Munsö country-road.......

Hi there ! Right now we are realizing that it will most truly be on minus even next week, but my hope is around zero. I feel quite OK but I have the greatest respect for how terrible it is if you start freezing !! I will go for full winterdressing, superundewear cap and my skiing gloves... that's for sure. I will give my best estimate on the blogg Thursday evening next week. El Maco has just recovered from a cold, and he seems fresh now again, so hopefully we will make it !!!! The biggest challange I supose is to start in a very slow ultra-tempo (that means maximum 6.15/km for me, El Maco's talking about 6.30, I don't know but fater than 6.00 then I won't make it ).....
SvaraRaderaHi again Mr. US Coach. Great to read that you are back on track now in Feb(140km). What is your distance goal for March ?? It's time for a LR anyday now isn't it ? I have been into Portlands homesite, it seems to be a cool event ! Not to far travelling from Seattle...

SvaraRaderaFebruary started well, but at the end of the month I also was fighting a cold, and am still coughing now.
My goal for March is 170 KM's.
Will try ramp up on my long runs, while keeping the pace slow.
Weather here has been ideal, so I have not had the challenges of cold and snow that you have.
Also, we go to "Summer Time" on March 14th, which seems really early this year, but it definitely makes it more pleasant to run in the evenings when there is still light!
Great to hear ! Our "summer time" comes first on March 28th...
