I must admit Kent, I felt a little bit of envy when I saw you sitting warm and comfortable in your car on your way home. We were just starting our 18.5 Km run(El maco did 20Km) and it just got colder and colder. My water froze, It was difficult to drink it! My fingers were frozen, and I kind of felt I was allucinating at the end hahaha. It was a though run, really. But oh well, we made it :) we are strong!

SvaraRaderaOk, but you did it good yesterday, I knew the temp. would creep down. And yes it is absolutely a problem with frozen wtaerbottles. I have done a homemade "lining" of my bottles and that gives me 60 minutes more before they freeze.
SvaraRaderaIt was a terrible terrible run. Nice to run with Mylay but other than that terrible. I frooze like a ice cone ruing the entire run. At the end I was so so cold. Had no energy. Had not Mylay done this together with me today I would have totally bailed out.
SvaraRaderayes agree, it was extremely hard. On top of this, I made the stupid decision of taking lighter clothes. It was so sunny that I thought it would be warmer....and it wasn´t, not at all!!
