Munsö - hate and love LR

Last LR before Skövde for me ! The winds out on Munsö can be so terrible, but also so sweet (lot of open fields). Today my LR over 23km had two different faces....

Also thanks to the weather-god, first evening run in 2010 without a frozen face & nose afterwards.

Next week time for a nice down-ramping to max. 35km... a little bit boring actually...
