Now I know my numbers!

Hi running friends!
Just discovered this great functionality at garmin Connect to get reports of my running records, here it goes:

2009 = 1,405 Km
Jan 2010 = 119 Km
Week 4= 26 Km
Now when I compare with your numbers I realize how little I run, I need to add kilometers If I want to go Ultra!! So get prepared, the revange is coming!

Last sunday I had my long run with Team Stockholm Marathon. It is always nice to run with them, even if this time I was extremely tired after a girls night out the night before and 3 glasses of wine (lesson learned: don´t drink and run).
We met at Stadion as every sunday, and started running at 10:00 am. It was cold and I was tired. But then after a few Kms it felt great to be out there and see the beautiful lanscape, all white of snow.

But once there and afterwards..what a feeling! Great way to start the day.
Thanks El Maco for a good Run. Mr Legend we missed you! But see you tomorrow for a LOOONG RUUUUN! YES!

  1. Nice to hear about your training with team Stockholm marathon. I believe you are already on you way to become an Ultra runner. And remember that the increase of distance should not be to fast, that increases the risk of getting injured a lot. Just let me know as a "facts and figures" comment if you wnat me to specify your achivements in the follw up as well.....
