Yepp. I have a lot of them. Need them for my daily table tennis training.
I saw your run today. Looks like you had a good one out there today. I started a little bit late today, just caught the last rays of sun. Would like to have started at 2pm but couldnt start until 4:15 pm.
Next week I will not go for 80km. Probable somehwere between 55-65km. I will run very little during the second week of March when Skövde 6timmars takes place. Hard to say how much we should run.
What are your plans for the coming weeks Mr Legend? Are you going for 30km next week? I might do a home run on Wednesday. If I am fresh I will try for 30km.
Whatt??!! 82.68 Km in one week!!? That´s a lot of Kms! Great that you can run so much. How do you feel at the end of the week, do you feel great or do you feel exhausted? Next sunday I will not run because we´ll go to Falund. So I would be happy to have a Long Run with you guys on thursday...Unfortunately I can´t on wednesday What do you say?
I cant run on Thursday. I will make a homerun on Wednesday but that is not good for you. Why not pursuade Mr Legend that he makes a home run on Thursday. You run to Brommaplan together and when you leave Mr Legend you have appr 8km to home. Doesnt that sound great Mr Legend?
No I am not exhausted at all. Feeling good. I have done very easy runs during the entire week. No tempo runs at all.
Mr Legend Thanks for the great job keeping the weekly excel chart update. Just a question. It seems that you have moved this to a nicer looking thread. But there is no place to enter the distance. I know that you have already entered the distances for week 5. But where should we put them in the future?
Great Mr. Legend, let´s plan for it! I have the same question, where would you like us to update the weekly distances? thanks for keeping the chart updated!
Feels like you want to tell us something.....
