Home run from Kista

Kista - City via Brommaplan, 20Km
It was a great home-run with Mr Legend. Honestly I was not feeling so good at the beginning, my stomach was giving problems, I was tired and I had a lot of work. But Stockholm Marathon is only 2 months ahead, and I know that I always feel great afterwards. So we went for it. And yes, it felt great. A little bit of pain in my knees but not too bad.
On sunday is Premiärmilen, 10Km. I will be there but take it easy, no pressure on time.
El maco is back from vacations next week. I look forward to more runs with you guys!
P.D. LidingöUltra is still in my schedule :)

  2. Thanks JE, I am also impressed over how many fans Mylay has out there, one of them, a totally stranger for me stood there on Brommaplan just waiting for the opportunity to take a picture.... :-)

  3. Great to read stuff from you Mylay. Spring is coming and Lidingö and Stockholm is doable (as long as you take it slow slow slow). No need to try to do a sub 4 hours this year. Aim to do a nice and easy Marathon. Sub 4 hours is for another year (or why not Växjö Marathon in October)

  5. Hello there! I have a question... how do you guys do to run with watter in the small bottles and keep them warm? I mean, at least no too cold. Wheh I run and wants to drink the watter it is almost frozen??!!!

  6. Hi Coyntha ! Agree, that is a major problem when running in cold temperatures. I have not found any water-bottle belts out there in the market good enough. I hvae started to "experiment" with my own primitive "lining" of the belts. Take some old socks or whatever you have, just to cover the bottle. When I done so they had at least not been frozen. Optimal would have been some small water-"termos"-bottles...
I will let you know if I find out something....
(Of course there are thoose big and clumsy things for cross-country skiers, waist-belts with one big bottle in the back....). I will let you know if I find out something...... K./.
