3.19.57 Status Report


I have had 2 bad months with a lot of bad stress related sympthoms and i have not had any power to run. This means that Stockholm Marathon most likely will be out of question for me. Anyhow the last 2 weeks i started to feel a little bit stronger and my goal is to start run next week, the plan is to start with slow pace 4-5 km runs and it will be intresting to see how my body will react on training again.

I catched an iller with my Nikon in Kallhäll during winter fshing, first i thought it was El Maco on one of his hóme runs, hpoe you enjoy the picture!

  1. So your are alive at least ! That's good news, start up very slow, no need to hurry. There are so many nice marathons & ultras out there besides of Stocholm. Why not Helsinki, Höga kusten, Månkarbo or Växjö. Just pick and run :-)

  2. Great to hear from you man! Would love to run with you but my runners knee says STOP at the moment. Give me another week and I might be out on the tracks again!
