Hej!
I realize my Home Run from work is a big zero compared to Mr. Legend's, Mylay's and El Maco's, (see GC posting below), but I am happy my leg is feeling better, and that I can get out on the roads again!

Took a short bike ride after the run to explore some new training routes.

It's a very nice concept that also saves some time, and couldn't you quite easily extend your route if you like, or is it impossible in the heart of Seattle ?
SvaraRaderaHey Mr. Legend,
SvaraRaderaYes, there are quite a few ways to extend my route home, but most have fairly sizable hills, and I am still taking it easy this first week back to running. (Leg is still very tight, but no significant pain!).
I have to leave for Dallas today. I will try to get a few runs in, and then I'll be home for several weeks in a row, so I hope to get some consistency in my running schedule.
Ok, but soon enough you will be in god shape and then will kill those hills :-)
SvaraRaderaYes!! great that you are back on the roads!!!
