Yesterday I failed on my Homerun. Too much pain in the knee so I took the pendeltåg from Jakobsberg - Kungsängen. The combination of skiing 6 day and running 7 days in a row (on very hilly landscape) was not the smartest thing in the world.
I have never had this kind of pain before. It's right on patella.
So now I will rest rest rest. Vällingby is in 9 days. Probability for Vällingby today? Don't know. Will probably be on the start line. Will consider it as a long run, but if I am in pain I will not run.

I guess a couple of days resting now will heal it ! Last weeks-74km besides of full-day downhill skiing was perhaps a little bit to much.......
SvaraRaderaSorry to hear about your knee. But how can you pint so exactly the place where you have pain? For me it just feels inside the knee, but I can´t be sure where...and also it changes from time to time.
