It was not pretty, but I took my first non-treadmill run since I was injured three and a half weeks ago.
The leg is feeling better, but as far as conditioning goes, I am back at rock bottom, ground zero, with nowhere to go but up.

It will be interesting to see how long it takes to improve speed and heart rate.
Still have pleanty of time before Portaland Marathon on October 10, but like El Maco, I also need to get on the bike as the Seattle to Portland bike ride is coming up July 17th (322 KM's).
