So today was the time for my first run from Kista down to Ulriksdals slott in 2010. So wonderful, springtime and beautiful views......
For a pure lifetime runner this is the ultimate payback for the long and nasty winter, when it is impossible to reach this places & tracks....
I am so hot now realizing that we are only talking days now before Ursvik 10k will be revisited.....
My heart is almost crossed by the fact that El Maco still fighting with his knee-problems. I hope you and Mr 3.19 recover soon so we can do our first 2010 Edsviken roundtrip. Mylay you won't miss that !

Hej!! what is that Edsviken roundtrip??
SvaraRaderaBeautiful views, it is great all you can see when you are our there running.
I ran 26 Km last sunday. During a few Kilometers (about 8) we increased the speed, it was tough, but In general I felt very, very good.
But then I tried to run again on tuesday and I could only do 2Km, had pain in my knees. So I walked home. It is scary, the line between well trained and injured seems so easy to cross...I will try to run again today. And on sunday it is long pass again. Hope it will be ok!!
Hey Mr. Legend!
SvaraRaderaFantastic! Great to see some of the beautiful sites of the Uriksdal Slott route, and glad to hear the weather is cooperating!
Mylay, El Maco & Mr. 3:19, I hope you all recover quickly. It has been way too long since everyone on the blog has been running at full capacity at the same time.
Mylay, Edsviken roundtrip is a 23-30 km LR route around the lake of Edsviken. We also use to title it as a tribute to the pioneers (Mr US Coach & El Maco once upon a time). It's a very nice LR with shifting character along the way (partly quite hilly).
SvaraRaderaAgree with Mr US Coach, that it would be so much fun to see all of us up running at the same time.
