This is the original writing from my doctor today. Showing the bursas where I have a problem (the arrows). So the good news is that everything else looks ok. No other problems with the muscles or anything. "Just" the bursas. So what will I do?

Ah. Medicine! My favourite topic! So these is what will kill the nasty problem with my bursas. These are like Ipren but much stronger. Will eat these for seven days now. One per day.

This is a better gel than Voltaren. This is possible to buy at Apoteket without any prescription. The secret is that you have to massage this into the bursas. Will do this three times a day, three minute massage.

On Monday I will go for a short run. He said that I will proably be able to run on Monday without any big problems.
The good thing with bursa problems is that they are isolated. So you can basically run or bike ride even though you have pain. It's important not to extend the leg when you run or ride the bike. So I will lower my saddle on the bike.
Is Stockholm Marathon possible? Is Vätternrundan possible? Well, as long as I have this doctor everything is possible. Next meeting with him - May 19.

Ah true Mr Legend. Forgot to mention the stretching. Probably one of the reasons that this didn't heal properly. The stretching exercise I have done (the standard thigh stretch) was a total killer. The bursas are heavily affected by that stretch. If I hadn't done this stretch I might have been ok. So from now on. Injury - no stretch!
