I did everything right here at Lidingö ultra. Just the fact that this would be the hilliest LR ever, made me so scared that I actually didn't dare to speed up to fast anytime during this 333 minutes run. (thanks a lot to El Maco who convinced me to "go upphills"). I managed to not climb above 85% of max HR before 30km (also a triumph for me, but thanks a lot for optimal weather conditions) And as another runner said to me, don't run to fast, take your time and enjoy one the most beatuiful tracks you will ever run... If you like Lidingö (30km), this is exactly the same concept, just a little longer and approx. 10 more km,s by the waterside. The organisation was top-class and I believe this ultra will step above 1000 participants very soon.

Finally my greatest congratulations to Mylay. Welcome to the Ultra-world !!!! You are so strong and wise. If you have had my traning-volyme last 12 month, you should have beaten me easily :-) ....

Fresh as a "new born" kid after 26km, back in Kyrkviken besides of Lidingövallen.
In opposite to Lidingöloppet it's not to crowded along the track......
Great report! Really proud of you! Would have been great to share this together with you guys.
SvaraRaderaJust take it easy now! No injuries please! I can give a live report and say that injuries suck! Big time!
El Maco
Congratulations! What a race! (That elevation profile is frightening!)
SvaraRaderaExcellent job on pace! Your HR graph is quite impressive!
Thanks ! El Maco has really been hard on me when comes to my lack of tactics before & during a LR. I checked my 85%-level (appr. 150 BPM) all the way up to 30km, and I have learned a lot of that. I will try to practice it even in Stockolm in June (but Ok it's so much easier in +7C than +25C....)...
SvaraRaderaAgain congratulations Kent, you did great.
SvaraRaderaAnd nice pics!
I like your tactic, I´ll start to pay more attention to my HR, I have not cared too much about it until now, but I can see that it is important.
Maco we missed you there. But there will be many opportunities, we are "Lifetime runners"", we will run forever!! :))
