Since I havn't seen anyone there yet this year, not El Maco, nor Mylay or Mr 3.19 I thought I could at least provide you some nice pictures, so you don't forgett the one and the only track in your heart - Ursvik 10k.

Here is where I used to increase tempo for the first real bad hill upwards. (always increase tempo uphills.... that's what makes life worth living :-)

So to the real nasty one the "murder hill", Don't seem to dangerous out from here, but it makes you
breathe real heavy (my top HR 177bpm was noted here). The chicken turns left here while the real athletes goes straight ahead. Yes I know El Maco, you where the king of the "murder hill" once upon a time....... but that was long ago....
Guys, hope you realize that I am just kidding, I am not an explosive runner, I don't go 100% uphills, that was years ago, I have never been fast up the murder hill. What I tried to say was that I miss you all out there :-)
