I will be able to do a little bit more than 200km this month. More information later.
This week will be a distance week for El Maco. Keep looking on GC. Great things might happen!

Mr. US Coach and his alter ego Dr. SB will keep watching El Maco's GC postings with caution!
SvaraRaderaIf "Great Things" mean ramping up distance or speed too quickly, the most likely prognosis is injury!
I will honestly try to not ramp up idiotically fast. But please note when you check my GC postings. I do not run fast! Yesterdays run at Livgardet was only "fast" (5:30 pace) when I ran to Livgardet (no inclines). At Livgardet I had a 5:50 pace.
SvaraRaderaMr Legend, are you gone?
Ok, great news El Maco but don't push to hard now....
SvaraRaderaHehe mr L is always here, following every millimeter :-)
SvaraRaderaMr Shitbreak. Check out todays run. Isn't this an ideal run? Low HR, not too long. Good?
SvaraRaderaI honestly think that these runs 12-17km are heavily underestimated. Normally we run either 10km or >20km. Why not run somewhere inbetween sometimes? 16km, a good distance!

SvaraRaderaHej! That's Dr. SB to you! (-:
SvaraRaderaYes I agree. Running 12 - 18 KM is definitely good to do, and your slower pace is recognized and approved!
Please note that I realize 5:30 may not seem fast for you, but if that is somewhere near your goal race pace in Lidingo (overall), and if Livgardet is a good approximation of the Lidingo course (including the flat parts), then you should not try to do your daily training at your goal race pace! You will be better off running your daily and long runs at a slower pace, with occasional planned cruise intervals and tempo runs to facilitate speed.
Ah I am so sorry Dr Shitbreak. Don't understand how I could say Mr Shitbreak. Anyway, thanks (honestly) for the analysis.
SvaraRaderaI would say that the Livgardets 6.km is not as tough as Lidingöloppet. Or you might want to say that its kind of like the first 10km of Lidingöloppet. Today I had appr 6:04 pace when I did those 6.4km.
I will not run two runs today (isn't that very mature!)
Tomorrow I will hopefully be able to do two runs, might go for two shorter ones.
Keep on watching.
Mr Legend, how is your summer cold? Will you be able to reach the magic 200 km in July?
Could have been better of course but I am still moving.. 45km left this evening ! My question now is if I am capable for a LR this week..... but why not a semi-long run, it seems to be popular right now. I'll decide tomorrow !
SvaraRaderaDr Shitbreak (Alias Mr US Coach). Please tell Mr Legend that its kind of stupid that he HAS to do 200km in July. He has a summer cold, aint feeling good. 45 to go in 3 days. What is your comment?
SvaraRaderaMr. Legend does not get caught up in petty competitions based on arbitrary monthly figures which could jeopardize his health. That would be very "un-Legendish"!
SvaraRaderaOn the other hand, only Mr. Legend can decide where he is on the sickness scale.
Here's an article:

P.S. Aren't there four training days left in July?
Aha. Mr Legend did two runs yesterday? Yesterday when we wrote the last comments it was evening here so that makes it 3 days left in July.
SvaraRaderaSorry Mr US Coach. You are perfectly right. I missed that July 31 is a Saturday. That makes it another day for El Maco to do a good Month total. Not at all like March 2007 but still a good one.
SvaraRaderaMr US Coach. Are you not triggering anything to do a good week total? Would be cool to see your name on the list!
Thanks Mr USC for the intresting article in runners worlds. For me it has been the terrible cough, my bronchits I believe. But I am feeling better today.
