Here comes a short status report from 3.19.57.
Unfortunately my shape is terrible due to stress related symptoms and i have not been able to run any longer than 3-4 km a couple of times during the summer. Physically i feel more or less totally consumed and i have not get my energy back. Still i am positive that the powers will come back, sooner or later, and as soon as i am fit for fight i looking forward to run with you again!
Meantime i will follow your progress on the blog ofcourse, it is allways interesting to read about your achievements. I am glad to see that El maco is on the road again, just be careful ramping up to fast, we dont want you injured.

Your time will come Mr 3.19.57. My mode right now is to be a sub3 marathon runner before I am 50 years old. Why don't join that goal...think for moment how good it sounds to be called Mr 2.59.59 instead :-)
SvaraRaderaBut right now when you are not running ( and should not run !!!!!! ), I believe it's wise to step down a little from 350mg Mg to maximum 200mg. Perhaps you have now been Mg-high for a while.....
