Not a good picture but finally I am a sub 70 kg guy again. I guess this is mainly thanks to the new diet. The main purpose of the new diet is not to loose a lot of weight. I want to have a better stomach and a more even blood sugar balance. The great thing with this way of eating is that do not crave for anything between the meals. Not anything at all.
Breakfast around 6:00.
Lunch around 12:00
Dinner 19:00
Nothing in between. No fruits etc (of course)

Great, but whatever you do don't cut to much of weight since you know more than well what that will leed to on your current diet.....
