Mr W: For some reason I can't type links on this blogg. You have to take copy the subject (where the link is) and paste it in your browser. I cant understand why links doesnt work for me on this blogg. When you have found my link and clicked on it. Save this running workout as a favourite. When you want to see if I have done more runs you can simply click on the name Marcuzo which you will find somewhere to the left on the GarminConnect session.
Ok, got it. Wow, it's like reading the "schoolbook". Continue with your RR's to keep your legs fresh ! These interval runs tend to challenge the muscles in a different/new way and one normally need some time to adjust and recover (but you probably know all about that) Regards from Mr W who learned my lessons too late...
Excellent! As noted last week, you are on your way to a record fast Vaxjo, and based on this latest workout, 3:25 is a reachable goal!
SvaraRaderaI can view MR L and Mr USC GC postings but not yours...is there a reason or just a strange computer "bug" ?
