
Iam glad to say i have felt stronger this week. Yesterday i played one hour indoor-bandy, bad shape ofcourse but nothing more, no shitty-sympthoms, feel very good today, pain in my legs and a huge endorfine intoxication. I will try to run saturday, if my body answers me yes, i hope i can join your runs later on this year.

Coffe = quit, no coffein last 2 months
alcohol = quit, no intake last month
bricanyl = quit, el maco "mr.bricanyl" was here and buy all my inhalators and some other funny pills as well

Great to hear some good news from you Mr 3:19:57. Regarding the alcohol I have a very strict consumption as well, appr 1-2 glasses of wine per week (max!).
SvaraRaderaMy diet works perfectly so far (2 weeks and 5 days). My stomach has never been better and I am not craving for sweets all of the time. Today I also took the step sub 70kg on the scale!
Oh, thats good news. But why do you start up with indoor bandy instead of slow easy runs, doesn't make sence to me....... Anyway don't push to hard when starting up....
