This week I did 3 runs and totalled 20km, but only one day of strenght training. Saturday I made my second 10K and my body still works fine !
Even if the pace still is ridicously slow, my runs feels easier and easier for every week. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/54171074
So, I will continue as planned and try to "rush slowly". I will have to remind myself of the well known fact that it takes long time for the body to get used to extensive longrun training. With all the respect that this is a longrun writers arena, I can't wait for the winter season and cross-country skiing, which happens to be my second favorite sports activity. It is also one of the best complementary training activites for a long runner. Welcome King Winter !

Great Mr W ! It's so nice having you back in the running shoes. No problems at all with some cross country skiing pep-talk. We even use to receive some nice biking posts sometimes. Cross country skiing is also a good alternative training during the winter...
