The winter is knocking on the door when start receiving wunderful monthly totals and perfomance from many of us. I did reach my 200km,s in October as well, but compared to El Maco I was not optimal, to much variances and so heavy in last week ( a bad habit of mine this autumn) . 78km last week, that's a little bit to much for me I believe...
El Maco, I took some time to review you in GC, and it's so nice to see that you are back down on appr. 75% HR-avg on your ER,s . We all know that you love winter season. You did a perfect balanced month (221,6km) I would say without any stress last week.... Please give us your thoughts...
