Some practical info for SLR6
1. Start at Ericsson main entrance at 16.30PM sharp
2. Distance: we will aim for 21,1km
3. Pace: slow < 6,00min/km
4. Since weather forecast says below -10C, I strongly recommend superunderware+warm cap+warm handgloves
5. Comfortable climb-offs (subway or bus) will be possible at least at every 5km.
6. As responsible I will witout any doubt blow it all of and postpone SLR6 if forecast goes below -15C. Definitive decision to be made on Wednesday at noon.....
So, if the weather is on our side welcome to an unique SLR you will never forget.

We will run. The weather doesnt matter. Please please please. Dont cancel Mr Legend!!!!!!
SvaraRaderaA lot of clothes and we are ready
The wind is calm so the wind factor is not a problem.
SvaraRaderaEveryone should buy a "robber cap". I think that you can get them on Intersport or Stadium.
Definitely will be very cold, what about spikes for shoes, shall I year them?
SvaraRaderaGaby. Have you bought them? Might be risky for a first long run.
SvaraRaderaI would say bring as much clothes you have. You have to have a cap. I have both the "ear cap" and cap and a "robber cap" tomorrow. I will have double "superunderställ". I will simply have as much as I can. -15C is cold but doable.
