Thanks for a nice SLR5 yesterday evening ! To bad that no pictures with enough quality was taken....
I would pay a fortune to have just one picture on El Maco after 21,7km...I say no more :-)
This is my posted story;
Secret long run 5 together with Mylay & Gaby & El Maco. Wheather conditions was perfect from start (around +/-0, no wind, clean pavements), shifting down to -3C during the evening. El Maco took us out in more or less legendary route, similar to the famous route of pure pain last year (except for Stora skuggan). We said goodbye to Gaby at Roslagstull & Mylay at Sveaplan. I hit me like a knife (haven't been there in "kräftriket" for a while now, what a mosterous operation the Norra länken part two is..... Back in early 90th me and Marre where members of Segelsällskapet brunnsviken (a small marina in the inner part of Brunnsviken). I have so many nice memories from here, but it dosen't look that nice these days anymore.....
Ok dressed this evening (superunderware & nutshell jaket) except for my hands. Must remember to bring double pair of gloves in these conditions !!!
All in all a good trip but when tempo goes below 6min/km I need to shift to dry gloves when I am starting to get cold.........
Now my supernova shoes from 0911 is totally gone, They are counting exactly 1000km after this LR.
Should Mr Legend also go for Stockholm in 2011, what a surpise El Maco !!!! How could you be so blue-eyed, a Sthlm marathon without Mr L is like an IPAD without touchscreen :-) .....

After 21.7km it happened. Mr Legend revelaed his terrible secret. He has lived in a lie during the last months.
SvaraRaderaAs you all know he communicated on Lifetime Runners in October that he will only run Ultras 2011. No Stockholm Marathon for him 2011. A cool and interesting decision I have to say. Its important to understand that Stockholm Marathon is not the only race in the world. To not sign up for Stockholm Marathon was a mature and wise thing to do for Mr Legend.
Yesterday after 21.7km he said that he has something to tell me. Earlier during today he signed up for Stockholm Marathon! Say what??????
Flag down. Mr Legend....not a legend anymore...
We all remember the extreme sandbagging in Växjö 2010 (he predicted 6:00 pace...he ended up 5:20)
Now we have a new case...not run Stockholm - he just signed up...
Mr Legend!! you are running Stockhom Marathon 2011! that make sme happy. It was nice to see you last year there in Km 30, I was totally exhausted but you looked fresh as a lettuce.
