This was a good week. It was a very tough homerun due to the very strong wind in my face the entire run. All the other runs have been very nice. One morning run with Mylay and Gaby. Some evening runs here in Kungsängen and very nice afternoon runs during this weekend.
It's something special to run on snow. It's so light and I like the feeling when the shoes hit the snow. I have also found the perfect clothing for running in temperatures -9 C to - 5 C. First I had too much clothes and then I took too little. Now I have optimized this.
November comes to an end. I will have one last lunch run tomorrow and then we close the books. I can already today reveal that December will be something special. The December plan will be revealed on Tuesday evening.
