SLR6 a cold exercise

Secret long run 6 - by far the cooldest SLR so far. I was actually afraid of even colder temperature, so we where lucky that we didn't face below -12C (and just a light breeze). My "new" concept this time was to train the mental strenght. This 2,4km loop was done 8time by Gaby & Mylay, and 9 times by me and El Maco. I was also very afraid of the clothing-dicipline in this small team, but you all surprised me. Robber-caps and warm clothes all over, very good !!!  Another point with this small loop was that it was a little "murder-hill" included, so the track was not that easy. Great thanks for your company, you where all so fresh.... This is the kind of training that makes running wunderful when next spring comes :-)
