Secret long run 7 was a quite comfortable trip. Temp -3C, gentle north-east breeze. It was me,El Zinko, UltraMylay & Gaby. (Bye the way, Gaby needs a proper nickname......:-) This trip was especially designed by El Zinko to train up the girls geographical knowledge in finding the nearest way home to Stockholm City... So Kista - Nortull is more or less 10k (good to know). All in all a slow tempo, but still a little bit demanding since we where fighting the "snowslush" allmost all the way...
Just a hint to you here for two nice alternatives to make the route Kista-Nortull a little bit more nice. Green line from Haga Norra to Haga Södra is allmost identical distance but you run in one of the main Hagaparksroads instead of just by the side of the E4-highway. The second alternative (yellow line) is a very beatiful variant partly allmost down by the water that will give you an extra km I guess....
SLR7 was finnished by me, Mylay & Gaby back in Kista, while El Zinko was so fresh that he did another lap on SLR6 - now famous mini 2,4km loop in Kista..

Thanks Mr L! It was a good one. I was actually pretty fresh yesterday. My last 2.4km was a pure tribute to Mr Legend!
