I had company with El Maco first 20,5km, and passed my scheduled 85% of HRmax at 21km. I was never in the near of my treshold (even at 160bpm) before last 2km, So this, my second fastest Stockholm marathon ever was actually not a top-performance ! I was to convenient today.
I am so proud of my company out there today, Patrick arrived at 3,33 and El Maco at 3,42 . Those guys are in so good shape now :-) !!!!

SvaraRaderaThanks a lot Mr USC ! I have became a slave to my HR-figures. At 150bpm (85%) that early, I knew that it was time to stay calm, keeping in mind all bad 2nd laps I have done earlier years :-) But it's actually so much easier in this weather we exerienced this weekend !!!
