This should be a night-mare I knew ! The "Kista wheater" at http://www.temeratur.nu/ showned +25C when I left Kista (and temperatures should always be measured in the shadow, as old wise El Maco use to say) . I did prepare accordingly, used every little detail I knew about running in strong heat. Anyway, as usual, I was like a zoombie after 20km.... One of my waterbottles today contained salt-mixed water (1ml salt per 2dl water), something my stomach didn't seem to like :-)

Yes it was very hot today. I dont like running in these temperatures. I heard that Mr US Coach has 36 C in Dallas now.
