Mr L,s Turkish holiday - a lot of fun but no running

Hi there !

So nice pic of USC - junior.  Of course I must give you something from our week in Turkey, there was a lot of fun, but when comes to running I could as well have left my running-kit at home. I did at 5km test in +37C, just to get that experience. Even in 6,00-tempo I understood that if I had gone for a 10k I would have had great problems to fulfill it without walking... Gosh, now I understand what you talked abour when you had  > + 35C in sothern US last year.  My second run in Turkey was an early morning run, that was much easier.....

Anyway I am now planning for Oslo marathon together with Patrick on Sep 25th, we will set up our plan this weekend.

So, finally, here comes some nice pics from Turgutreis on the Bodrum peninsula;

Me and Tobias don't like the fastest watrer-sports, so the kayaks was perfect for us :-)

One of the days we did spend on a small sailing ship with swim & diving stops along the coast. That was a fantastic trip. Here outside what they called the "wishing cave" a totally crazy Acapulco-diver-wanna-be showed us how to dive from high cliffs.....

 This one needs no explanaition I guess.....the rest is classified history :-)
