SLR premier 2011 Dec 6th.....

Hi !

So, time again for the old classic winter-concept "secret long run" ........

Start: Dec 6th,  16.15 PM sharp,  Torshamnsgatan/Kistagången

Since I have had the opportunity this time to plan the route, this will be
the info you need for tomorrow !

As usual the tempo will be kept at a pace that makes it to a comfortable trip for all of us,
but I have promised this time to start up part 1 in 7min/km tempo.

Here is the plan for tomorrow;

Part 1)  6,2km   "drop off  1 in Kista"  
Part 2)  7,8km   "drop off  2 in Kista"
Part 3) 14,3km  "drop off 3 train connection back to Helenelund"
Part 4) 19,0km  "drop off 4 train connection back to Helenelund"
Part 5) 23,8km   Back to Kista

The route is planned to make easy drop offs, so bring your SL-card in that case......

Also keep in mind that now we are turning into to pure winter-climate, meaning
that warm clothing (layer on layer), Cap & warm Gloves is recommended.....
To bring some energy bars etc.. and something to drink is also a key to a nice trip.
I will bring one extra "perfecta drinking-belt" if someone needs......
