Thanks a lot for invited me to this blogg!!!
Some of you knows than Im pretty new in the concept of long runs but I really interesting to improve myself and continue with the suggestion from el Maco and Mr legend.
Thats means I will keep running in order to improve my records and be able to run my first Marathon.
